There will be a new “Concentrated Inspection Campaign” from 1st September until 30th November focussing on MLC 2006 compliance.
Port State Control Officers will use a list of extra questions to assess:
– The required certificates and documents are present
– The required inspections of accommodation, catering etc. are being carried out
– The safety committee is in operation
